How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and typically delivered in 3–5 business days across India, depending on your location.
Which days do you deliver on?
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Some couriers may ask for an OTP sent to your registered number to complete delivery.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
For hygiene reasons we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 48 hours with photos/videos and we’ll arrange a replacement on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can’t be cancelled once they’ve been placed.
