Shipping Policy

Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days depending on your location. Times may vary with courier delays.

Delivery days

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Goods must be signed for on delivery — if you can’t be present, please arrange for a family member, colleague, or neighbour to receive them. Some courier partners may request an OTP sent to your registered number to complete delivery.

International orders

For shipments outside India, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
